NOTE:
- Requirement for enrollment: REPORT CARD (Form 138)
* No report card, no enrollment
- Down payment upon enrollment: P 2,000.00
- Payment of PTA fee : P 250.00 (per family in High School)
Accident Insurance fee: P 50.00 (per student)
- Students who are placed on probation, strong warning, guidance referral, and Principal referral MUST have a conference with the Students Affairs Officer or Guidance Counselors or Principal together with their parents BEFORE ENROLLMENT.
